Board State Address
The Board State Address tab in the Persons object records the addresses where the person is licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP). Each person can have multiple board state addresses, which is particularly useful if they practice in multiple states.
The Board State Address tab provides detailed information on where a person is licensed to practice. This is critical for compliance and regulatory purposes. The information is linked to the Data Import - Board State Import business requirements document. Each address entry includes the company name, address lines, city, state, postal code, and other relevant fields.
Board Address Fields
